If you need medical advice or care, use the Medgate app, the Medgate website, or the phone to select a time slot that works for you and describe your concern. A Medgate doctor will attend to you at the selected time, review your medical records, and then call you.
Medical Consultation and Treatment
During your consultation with a Medgate doctor, you can discuss your concerns in detail. Our team of doctors is specially trained to provide care over the phone and is skilled at listening carefully, asking targeted questions, and actively guiding patients to examine and treat themselves.
The Results of our Treatment
In half of all cases, the Medgate medical team can address patients’ medical concerns over the phone to the extent that an in-person doctor’s visit is not necessary. If treatment requires a prescription medication, a prescription is issued. Sick leave certificates can also be provided. If a physical examination or further evaluation is necessary, Medgate doctors refer patients to local healthcare facilities.
