We help relieve the burden on your emergency department through pre-hospital telemedical triage—and, with the Medgate Kids Line, we operate Switzerland’s only telemedical hotline specializing in pediatric and adolescent emergencies.

Medgate operates the medical emergency hotline in numerous cantons—around the clock, including at night and on holidays. About 50% of cases are resolved over the phone. There are no operational costs for the canton.
