Available Around the Clock
In non-life-threatening emergencies, your residents can reach the Medgate medical team around the clock—at night, on weekends, and even on holidays. The call is charged at standard landline rates, and the medical consultation is billed through basic health insurance under the TARDOC system.
Our Team of Doctors Treats
Thanks to our focus on physician-basd telemedicine, we can provide definitive treatment for about half of all cases directly over the phone—rather than simply triaging them. Depending on the medical diagnosis, patients receive a digital e-prescription, a medical certificate, or a referral immediately following the consultation.
