Medgate is able to establish a medical emergency service in your region within a few weeks’ time and consults with all parties involved.

24/7 emergency medical service for your residents

We manage the medical emergency service in your region and support the emergency departments of hospitals as well as the regional doctors of the emergency service. This does not incur any costs for your administration. The costs of medical care by Medgate's doctors are billed to the health insurance company according to the 'user pays' principle in the context of statutory benefits.

Corona pandemic management

We operate a corona virus hotline on your behalf as the first point of reference for the concerns of your region’s residents. We can also assist you with a support hotline for making a vaccination appointment. We book and coordinate the Covid-19 vaccination appointments in your region. Medgate has been operating information hotlines for the population and professionals on behalf of the Swiss Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH) for some years, and can therefore draw on considerable experience in the operation of hotlines.
