With online booking, you can get medical advice quickly and easily around the clock, wherever you are. Select a suitable time slot and choose your preferred language. A Medgate doctor will contact you at the agreed time.

Receive prescriptions and remedies.

The doctor issues a prescription or order (e.g. for physiotherapy) if necessary. You will receive the order after your treatment. A prescription is sent to the pharmacy you have selected.

Request doctor's certificate

Are you sick and you need a doctor's medical certificate? With telemedical treatment you can avoid crowded waiting rooms. The doctor will advise and treat you over the phone, and then issue a medical certificate if required. This will be sent to you after the consultation.

Our experienced doctors will contact you by phone at the selected time and provide you with competent advice and treatment.

Settlement via your health insurance

The consultation is billed via the health insurance company within the scope of the statutory benefits (analogous to a visit to a doctor's office) and is recognized by all Swiss health insurers. During weekdays, a teleconsultation costs on average of CHF 50. Surcharges apply at night between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. as well as on weekends and holidays.

In certain insurance models with our partner health insurers, there are no costs such as franchises or deductibles.
