Our experienced doctors will contact you by phone. Receive e-prescriptions, referrals, and medical orders digitally immediately afterwards.

Settlement via your health insurance

The consultation is billed through health insurance as part of the statutory benefits and is recognised by all Swiss health insurers. On average, a teleconsultation costs CHF 50. Additional charges apply at night and on weekends.

In addition, some insurance models of our health insurance partners do not even incur any franchise or deductible costs.
