The Medgate Kids Line provides quick and uncomplicated medical advice over the phone when your child is not feeling well. Our medical team, consisting of experienced pediatric nurses as well as doctors, is available around the clock. Specifically trained in telephone consultation and treatment, we can assist you and your child with various medical concerns – even in emergencies.

*You will be advised by pediatric nurses from Medgate on the paid telephone number (CHF 3.23 per minute). At night from 11 pm to 7 am, the Kids Line is staffed by Medgate doctors. During these times, the fee on the payline is waived, and the costs are billed directly through health insurance, similar to a doctor's visit in a practice. Also during the day, when the pediatric nurses are all occupied, your call will be directed to the Medgate doctors.

Create a Profile for Your Child

In the app, go to the "Health" section and create a profile for your child. Once this is saved, you will find the Kids Line button under "Services."

By selecting the Kids Line button, you will be connected to our medical team and quickly receive competent advice and treatment for your child.

Costs
