On behalf of Swisscom, we offer you a telemedicine health check. Our doctors can give you expert advice based on our many years of experience in the field of telemedicine. Find out how to proceed here and register for your health check.

Making an appointment

Medgate's customer service will contact you by phone to arrange an appointment for a health check.

Medical advice and treatment

The health check is performed with a telephone consultation. A doctor will contact you punctually at the agreed time.

Services

As part of the health check, you'll receive advice and treatment tailored individually to your needs. Our doctors can prescribe various measures and services as necessary.

Prescription

We send prescriptions for medication directly to your pharmacy.

Laboratory kit

With a laboratory kit delivered to your home, you can take any necessary samples yourself and send them to the laboratory. We discuss the results with you in a further consultation.

Medical certificate

At their discretion, our doctors can issue a sick leave certificate according to our guidelines.

Image evaluation

Send us photos of the affected areas (e.g. skin rash, injury) directly via the Medgate App.

Referral

Thanks to a referral letter and our Swiss-wide network, you can quickly get an appointment with a specialist.

Prescription for physiotherapy

In some cases our doctors will issue a prescription for physiotherapy.

Prescription for nutritional advice

Our doctors can also issue a prescription for nutritional counseling.

Coaching

A teleconsultation with one of Medgate's psychiatrists may be appropriate for psychiatric problems.

Costs

Swisscom pays the costs for the health check and (if prescribed by Medgate) for the laboratory kit and coaching. All other services such as additional medical teleconsultations, issuing prescriptions, medical certificates, prescriptions or referrals are billed to the health insurance company according to the statutory benefits (similar to visiting a doctor in a practice) and are recognized by all Swiss health insurers.

In addition, some insurance models of our health insurance partners do not even incur any franchise or deductible costs.

Once we receive your registration, our customer service will contact you promptly to make an appointment for a health check.
